Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that fragile art pieces are securely cushioned to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
